Rosamaria, our visionary Director, has 15 years of leadership in early childhood education. With a Master’s in Educational Administration, she ensures our childcare center maintains the highest standards of care and learning. Her compassionate leadership and deep understanding of child development create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children thrive and families feel confident.

Karla is a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree in education, and my heart is dedicated to creating a safe, loving, and inspiring space for children to grow. My passion for nurturing young minds drives everything I do. With certifications in CDA, CPR, Medication Administration, EQIT, and ongoing training, I design personalized, play-based programs that ignite curiosity and support each child’s unique journey.

Over the years, she has the joy of working with children and adolescents of all ages and needs, adapting my approach to foster their cognitive, emotional, social, and linguistic development. She believes every child deserves to feel valued and understood, and strive to build trusting relationships with families to ensure their children thrive under my care.

Hello! My name is Odette, and I’m delighted to introduce myself as a childcare provider. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have enriched my training with certifications such as Child Development Associate (CDA), PASO, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Medication Administration. I’m committed to continuous learning to always provide the best care for the children entrusted to me.

I strongly believe in respecting and addressing each child’s individual needs, considering their unique learning styles. I design personalized activities that, through play and exploration, foster their cognitive, physical, emotional, and language skills. I encourage autonomy, independence, and self-confidence from an early age, always within a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Additionally, I maintain open and ongoing communication with families, sharing progress, concerns, and suggestions, as I believe that collaboration between home and caregiver is essential for each child’s well-being and growth.

Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, she specializes in creating engaging, play-based learning environments that foster creativity and social development. Laura’s warm, patient approach ensures every child feels valued and supported, making her a beloved figure in our childcare community.

I hold a High School Diploma, certifications through the PASO program, and CPR training. I’m currently pursuing my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential as part of my commitment to continuous learning in early childhood education.

I support children’s development through play based learning while encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social emotional growth. I’m a bilingual educator, fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to support children and families from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusive communication.

My name is Gabriela Tobías, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with children at the preschool and middle school levels, which has allowed me to understand the different stages of child development and support each child with empathy, respect, and dedication.

I graduated from PASO (Providers Advancing Student Outcomes), an institute that promotes professional growth for educators and strengthens teaching practices to support the holistic development of children.

I hold a CPR certification, which allows me to respond in a safe and responsible manner in emergency situations.

I consider myself a patient, creative, and committed educator. I truly enjoy working with children, learning alongside them, and supporting their growth while respecting each child’s individual pace and needs.
